The alignment guides that came with your laser are fine for flat bottomed, square and rectangular pieces, but in the “real” world, you know that many of the items you engrave - Plaques, Awards, Frames, Pen Boxes, Glass, Crystal, etc. - have beveled edges and odd shapes that override these guides. With the LaserAlign System, these items are no longer a problem. The added height of our guides provides a square, stable corner with ample surface area to properly align your work. | Our measurement system couldn’t be easier. Simply place your workpiece in the corner, slide the guide ‘til it butts up against it, and you have an instant indication of it’s exact width and it’s center point...with clear, precise rulers. These rulers have an additional feature that you’ll find nowhere else - decimal indications! Think about it, your computer software such as Corel Draw ® and Adobe Illustrator® requires you to enter decimal numbers - when you need to find the center of a plaque, would you rather manually measure it and then have to divide 9 11/16 by two, or, just look at our guide and instantly see that the center is at 4.85 inches?
