| Shown above is a crystal coaster with an engraved logo. The one on the left was engraved with the coaster in the exact same position and using the same file as the previous coaster that was perfect. The difference? Simple, the original coaster, the one we measured to create the file, was 3.5 inches. This one was 3.62 inches, making the engraving off center. The coaster on the right, we did not even need to measure - the logo was positioned perfectly in seconds - center found instantly on the LaserAlign II. This job was for 100 pieces - Only ONE file needed to be created and sent to the laser. Imagine how much total TIME & MONEY you will save by using LaserAlign! |

Above are two marble coasters. Both look the same and feel the same, but the one on the Left is 4" square and the one on the Right is 3.84 inches. Do you want to measure each and every product and create a new file for it? Do you want to try matching up each individual piece of marble with it's corresponding file in your laser engraver? Why? Save the headaches and purchase a LaserAlign II - buy once, it lasts a lifetime and saves you money every day.
| These are the same marble coasters shown above, after engraving. For these samples, we measured the small coaster and centered the logo perfectly - we then engraved the larger coaster with the same settings, just to demonstrate what would happen WITHOUT the LaserAlign 2. WITH the LaserAlign 2, you would have no such issues - both logos would be perfectly centered without even measuring the second coaster. |

| The acrylic triangle to the left shows how even odd sized and shaped items are not a challenge for the LaserAlign 2. |
| 150 of these Acrylic triangles were supplied to us with a small computer chip imbedded in the top. All of these were hand cut and polished and they varied in size. Each required Text engraving on the front surface and reverse-engraved logos on the back surface, flipping each piece midway through the engraving process. Awebsite address had to be engraved in very small type only 2mm from the bottom, on the front surface. There was no room for error. We set the Vertical Slider on the LaserAlign 2 in a fixed base position and used the Horizontal sliders to force each triangle to exact center. We needed to have 135 finished, acceptable pieces 0 we had 149. Only ONE piece was needed for set-up. Only ONE piece had to be measured and only ONE file had to be created and sent to the laser. |

| All LaserAlign 2 units currently shipping - those manufactured after September 2005 - feature a NEW TABLE TILTING SYSTEM! This allows you to raise the back of the table so you can level Obelisks or Pyramid shaped items. This is done WHILE RETAINING all self-centering features! This adds to the overall versatility of the LaserAlign 2 and helps it pay for itself that much sooner. |
